Accepted:

Yes, courses must be NASBA QAS courses, and MasterCPE is a QAS sponsor (#112530).

Renewal Date:

CPAs in MN have a triennial license renewal period. See State Board website for details.

Reporting Period:

7/1 to 6/30 annually, with a rolling 120 hour, 3-year CPE cycle. See State Board website for details.

Required Hours:

120 hours every 3 years, with a minimum of 20 hours per year.

Ethics Required:

8 hours in regulatory or behavioral ethics every reporting period.

Subject Rqmts:

None

Credit Limits:

  • The maximum credit for self-study is 80% of total hours (96 hours). At least 24 hours must be obtained from attending group or blended learning programs..
  • Self-study must be NASBA-approved, which MasterCPE are.
