Refund Policy

MasterCPE provides a 90-day, money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason, you have ninety (90) days from purchase to request a full refund. It is assumed that after ninety (90) days after purchase you are satisfied with the materials and services provided by MasterCPE, and no refund will be granted. Note: Any completed courses taken as part of a subscription will have their individual price subtracted from the subscription price. Programs taken online will not be refunded if you have already taken the final exam. Email our Customer Service team or call us at 1-800-957-7379.

License and Site Access

MasterCPE grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of MasterCPE. You may not use this site for any other purpose, including any commercial purpose. You may not co-brand this site, or frame this site, or hyperlink to this site, without MasterCPE’s express prior written consent. To access this website, its services, or its content, you may be asked to provide certain registration information. It is a condition of your use of this website that all the information you provide on this site will be correct, current, and complete. If MasterCPE believes the information you provide is not correct, current, or complete, MasterCPE has the right to refuse you access to this site or any of its resources, and to terminate or suspend your access at any time. You agree to cooperate with MasterCPE in removing any unauthorized co-branding, framing or linking immediately.

Grant of License

Upon your payment of the applicable licensing fee for an individual course, MasterCPE, as Licensor, grants to you, the LICENSEE, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access, view and use online the Course(s) you select for a period of one (1) year. After that date, only the certificate of completion is available. If you purchase a subscription that includes a quantity of pre-paid CPE hours, online courses taken as part of that subscription are available for one year from the date the course is first accessed. If you purchase a time-based subscription, courses in that subscription shall be available for the time period of that subscription (typically one (1) year), commencing on the date payment is received.

Copying

You may download and/or print, for your personal use only, no more than one (1) copy of any Course(s) for which you are registering and paying the applicable fee. You may not modify or create derivative works from the Course(s) or related materials. Except for making one copy of limited portions of the Content, or downloading as expressly authorized by MasterCPE, the Content, in whole or in part, may not be reproduced, transmitted or distributed, in any format (i.e., print or electronic form), without the prior written permission of MasterCPE.

Ownership

All information provided accessible from this site is owned by or licensed to MasterCPE. Except for the limited license expressly granted to you under this Agreement, MasterCPE and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the content and Courses, including any authorized copies and all related materials. The Content may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of MasterCPE. It shall be a violation of this Agreement if you remove any copyright or other proprietary rights notices from the Courses. This License is not a sale of any original content or any copy. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you by access to this site. MasterCPE may, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts or access rights of members who infringe or otherwise violate copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Reservation of Rights

MasterCPE reserves the right to make changes to the web site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. MasterCPE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add to or delete from the Courses offered; discontinue any particular Course or Courses; release, from time to time, updated versions of the Course(s); amend this Agreement by posting such amended Agreement on the MasterCPE website, and disclose CPE information to the appropriate reporting agencies as needed. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to abide by the terms of any amended Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of such amended Agreement, you may terminate this Agreement as stated in the Refund Policy below.
